Why Self-Care Matters
Self-care isn't just about bubble baths and face masks (though those are nice too!). It's about intentionally taking care of your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. When we neglect self-care, stress accumulates, relationships suffer, and burnout follows.

How to Use Your Prescription
You don't have to do everything at once! Pick one or two activities that resonate with you right now. The goal is progress, not perfection. Even 5 minutes of intentional self-care makes a difference.
